Terms of Service

Updated as of October 21, 2026

Agreement and changes

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and JNJ Mobile, Inc. ("MocoSpace," "Moco," "we," "our," or "us"), and govern your use of mocospace.com, our mobile applications, associated games, communications features, purchases, and other related products (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms, particularly Section 18 (Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) .

By selecting an affirmative sign-up or acceptance control, you agree to these Terms. Continued use following properly notified changes may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law; if affirmative consent is legally required, we will seek it. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information and is not itself a substitute for consent where applicable law requires consent. Our Content and Conduct Policy and Safety Policy also apply to use of the Service, to the extent available at the linked locations. We may update these Terms for legal, security, business or feature changes. We will publish the effective date and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Changes will not retroactively alter a dispute without lawful consent.

1. License and Service

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Moco grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal purposes. Moco and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer except where law permits, interfere with, scrape, circumvent technical restrictions, or exploit the Service without authorization. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Service features, subject to applicable law and any consumer rights concerning paid services.

Mobile applications may be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play terms. These Terms are between you and Moco, not the app store; app stores may be third-party beneficiaries of applicable app-license provisions. You are responsible for connectivity and carrier costs.

2. Eligibility, registration, and account security

Only adults aged 18 or older may use MocoSpace. Parental permission does not create an exception. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18, legally able to contract, not prohibited from using the Service by law, and not required to register as a sex offender with a government entity. We may remove suspected underage accounts.

Provide accurate registration information, keep login credentials confidential, promptly notify us of unauthorized access, and do not sell, transfer, or share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Some features allow sign-in through third-party accounts; the identity provider's terms and privacy practices also apply. Access to third-party account information is limited by the permissions you authorize and the provider makes available.

3. Safety and interactions

You are responsible for your interactions with others. Use caution before meeting another member offline, sharing personal or financial information, or sending funds. Moco does not ordinarily conduct criminal background checks or independently verify the accuracy of every user's statements; we reserve the right to conduct lawful screening. We cannot guarantee any user's conduct or safety. Report suspected scams, threats, exploitation, or abuse through the Service or to support@corp.mocospace.com . Nothing in this section limits legal duties we cannot disclaim.

4. User content, messaging and moderation

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit ("User Content"). You are responsible for having the rights needed to post it. Subject to your privacy settings, you grant Moco a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, display, format and distribute User Content solely as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve and promote the Service and its features. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except to the extent content has been shared or copied by others, persists briefly in backups, or retention is legally required.

Public posts and profiles can be seen, captured and redistributed by others; private messages are intended for their recipients, not the general public. Moco applies automated scanning to chats for spam, abuse, illegal-content indicators and platform security. Based on current company practice, staff and outsourced moderators do not routinely access private-chat content. We may disclose information where legally required or otherwise permitted under applicable law, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim that users waive all statutory privacy protections merely by sending messages.

We may restrict, investigate, remove or disable content and accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, or obey law. Features labelled "ephemeral" do not prevent recipient screenshots, recording or redistribution; viewing generally triggers deletion and unviewed ephemeral photographs are ordinarily deleted after three days, subject to technical limitations and backups. Applicable law may require appeal, notice or other procedural rights.

5. Intellectual property and platform rights

Moco owns or licenses software, designs, brands, gameplay elements, databases and other materials comprising the Service, excluding User Content. MocoSpace names and logos are protected. You must not infringe others' intellectual property or publicity rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of User Content to Moco.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not: threaten, stalk, bully, harass, dox or impersonate anyone; engage in discrimination or hateful abuse; distribute unlawful sexual content, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate images or deceptive intimate deepfakes; engage in sextortion, trafficking, romance scams, fraud or unauthorized financial solicitation; send spam or unsolicited marketing; use bots, account farms, scraping tools, malware or unauthorized automation; obtain others' passwords or personal data without authority; evade bans, compromise accounts or circumvent technical safeguards; infringe intellectual property; or encourage unlawful acts. Public profiles must not include phone numbers, street addresses, surnames or email addresses where the applicable Moco content rules prohibit them. We may limit messaging and other activity to prevent spam and abuse. See the incorporated Content and Conduct Policy for additional restrictions.

Nonconsensual intimate imagery and TAKE IT DOWN Act removal requests

MocoSpace prohibits sharing intimate images or videos of a person without their consent, including qualifying digitally altered or AI-generated depictions. This rule applies to public posts, private messages, and ephemeral content.

A person depicted in such content, or an authorized representative, may request its removal without having a MocoSpace account. Email support@corp.mocospace.com with the subject "TAKE IT DOWN Act removal request." Include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) enough information to identify and locate the image or video, such as a URL, username, or message details; (3) a statement of your good-faith belief that it was published without your consent, with relevant context; and (4) contact information where we can reach you. You need not send us a copy of the intimate image if the location information is sufficient.

Upon a valid request under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, MocoSpace must remove covered content as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt, and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within that period. We may request further information if needed to locate the material or assess the report. We may also take action against accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Enforcement and reporting

Moco may use automated safety systems to detect abuse, investigate reports, restrict messaging, remove content, suspend or close accounts, preserve relevant evidence when appropriate, and report suspected crimes as required or permitted by law. Enforcement is discretionary to the extent permitted by law; no promise of exhaustive monitoring is made. Contact support to contest an action or report abuse. We will provide any legally required process or notices.

8. Other members and third-party content

Other members are independent users, and Moco does not endorse their content or guarantee its accuracy. Third-party sites, integrations, embedded video, social identity providers, ads, and payment processors are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our own legal obligations and do not purport to disclaim those obligations because a vendor is involved.

9. Third-party platforms

When you connect to external providers (including third-party sign-in services or YouTube, if available), their terms and privacy notices apply to those functions. App stores are not parties to subscriptions purchased directly through Moco's web checkout. Please review any third-party conditions before using an integration.

10. Paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellation and refunds

10.1. Purchase and automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions are offered through the website, with payment processing through Stripe. Available subscription periods are 1, 3, 6 or 12 months , depending on the plan selected. Unless cancelled, a subscription automatically renews at the end of each paid term for the corresponding renewal period and the then-applicable disclosed charge. The exact price, taxes, billing interval, terms, and cancellation method will be clearly presented before checkout. You must expressly agree to recurring billing when enrolling. We will send an acknowledgment of the purchase and its recurring terms as legally required.

10.2. Free trial

Eligible customers may be offered a one-week free trial . Where a trial automatically converts to a paid recurring subscription, the checkout process will disclose the charge, renewal frequency, date on which billing begins and cancellation deadline. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to the disclosed paid plan; any required reminders will be sent. No promotional pricing is currently offered.

10.3. Cancellation

You may cancel online, without contacting customer support, using your Moco account's subscription-management or billing interface . Cancellation stops future recurring charges; it generally does not immediately remove access for the term already paid, unless otherwise disclosed or required by law. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate operations; cancel any active subscription before deleting your account , and contact support if you cannot access cancellation. We will honor additional cancellation channels or rights required by applicable law. We will not impose unnecessary obstacles to cancellation.

10.4. Notices and price changes

Subscription confirmations, renewal reminders and applicable price-increase notices are delivered by email through Stripe. We will provide reminders, change notices and any request for renewed consent within the legally required periods, including annual notices where required. A price increase will not be applied in violation of any law requiring advance notice or consent.

10.5. Billing disputes and refunds

Please contact support@corp.mocospace.com to report a billing error or dispute a charge within 60 days after the charge , so that we can investigate and respond. We may require reasonably necessary transaction details. This 60-day customer-service reporting window is not a waiver or limitation of any longer period or remedy available under applicable law, card-network rules, or your agreement with the payment-card issuer or payment provider. Except where mandatory law or an expressly stated offer provides otherwise, subscription fees are generally nonrefundable for partially used terms. Nothing in these Terms limits nonwaivable chargeback or payment-dispute rights, statutory cancellation periods, or mandatory refunds. Other cancellation or refund rights may apply depending on your location and the legal classification of the Service.

10.6. Payments, taxes and communications

Stripe processes web subscription payments under its applicable terms. We may collect or remit legally required taxes. Mobile carrier data, SMS or message fees may apply where such features are used. We will not impose fees that were not adequately disclosed or consented to.

11. Moco Gold and virtual items

Users may buy Moco Gold, a closed-loop virtual currency usable solely for eligible in-Service features. Moco Gold has no cash value, does not constitute deposited funds, and ordinarily cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the Service. Moco Gold does not expire while an account remains open. Subject to applicable law, unredeemed Gold is forfeited when an account is closed or terminated. This forfeiture rule must be prominently disclosed at purchase and any mandatory refunds or other consumer rights prevail. Pricing may vary by channel when clearly disclosed before purchase. We may adjust or discontinue virtual items subject to applicable consumer protections. Accounts and game assets may not be bought or sold for real-world value.

12. Suspension, termination and account deletion

You may delete your account using the website or app. Moco may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, unlawful conduct, security issues, or discontinuation of the Service, consistent with applicable law. On account deletion, profiles, posts, messages and other account content are removed from active systems immediately; deleted material may remain in system backups for up to seven days . Legal retention exceptions and other data-handling details are explained in the Privacy Policy. Account closure ends Service access and, subject to applicable law, forfeits unused Moco Gold. Because deletion does not necessarily cancel Stripe's billing authorization, cancel any subscription separately before closing your account and contact us if a billing issue remains. Rights, payment obligations accrued, licenses necessary for permitted retention, dispute provisions, and other clauses that by nature should survive do so.

13. Copyright and DMCA

We respect copyright and maintain a policy of terminating repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A copyright owner may send a notice identifying the work, the allegedly infringing location, contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury about accuracy and authority, and a physical or electronic signature. Send notices to: JNJ Mobile, Inc., Attn: Designated Copyright Agent, 6 Liberty Sq PMB 96493, Boston, MA 02109, USA; copyrightagent@corp.mocospace.com . If applicable, we will handle compliant counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

14. FriendShop and account/game features

FriendShop remains an active game. The game may display or use public member profile names, profile descriptions, photographs or likenesses in playful in-game representations and virtual "ownership," transactions and rankings involving in-game value; these do not convey real ownership of any person. By using a profile in the Service, you grant Moco a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use your publicly available profile information and likeness to operate and display FriendShop during the period your profile is active, subject to applicable privacy settings and legal rights. This permission does not waive statutory publicity or privacy rights; following deletion, the material is removed from active systems as described in the Privacy Policy. Users may not sell accounts or virtual items for money outside authorized features.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES NOT REQUIRED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE ACCESS OR MEMBER CONDUCT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER MOCO NOR ITS AFFILIATES IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MOCO DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, INCLUDING TO FRAUD, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, STATUTORY PRIVACY OR CONSUMER REMEDIES THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED, OR OTHER NONEXCLUDABLE LIABILITIES. Consumers outside the U.S. retain mandatory local rights.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Moco against third-party claims, reasonable costs and damages arising from your unlawful User Content, material breach of these Terms or wrongful acts, except to the extent caused by Moco's own misconduct. This provision does not require indemnity for Moco's fraud, negligence where prohibited, or practices for which law does not permit shifting liability to consumers.

17. Dispute resolution and informal process

Before filing a claim, please contact support@corp.mocospace.com describing the dispute and requested relief. We will attempt good-faith informal resolution. This process does not prevent either party from seeking emergency relief, filing a small-claims action, contacting a regulator, or exercising rights where an informal period would be unlawful.

18. Binding arbitration and class action waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This section affects how disputes are resolved and generally waives court, jury trial and class-action proceedings for covered claims. Except for disputes eligible for small claims court, claims that cannot lawfully be arbitrated, and other exceptions required by law, you and Moco agree to resolve disputes arising from the Service or these Terms through individual binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under consumer rules applicable when a claim is filed, unless both parties agree to a lawful substitute. An arbitrator may award individual relief permitted by law. Arbitration fees and procedure are subject to applicable consumer arbitration rules and mandatory law. A hearing may be remote where rules permit, and the parties may agree on another location.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND MOCO AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF A PARTICULAR WAIVER OR LIMITATION IS NOT ENFORCEABLE AS TO A CLAIM OR REMEDY, THAT ISSUE SHALL BE HANDLED AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW; OTHER VALID PORTIONS REMAIN EFFECTIVE IF SEVERABLE. Nothing prevents reporting to authorities or seeking public injunctive relief where that right cannot be waived.

30-day arbitration opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending a written notice within 30 days after your initial acceptance of the Terms to JNJ Mobile, Inc., 6 Liberty Sq PMB 96493, Boston, MA 02109, USA , clearly stating your account name and your decision to opt out. Opting out does not affect other provisions.

19. Export controls

You must comply with applicable export controls, sanctions and trade restrictions. You may not use or provide the Service where prohibited by U.S. or other applicable laws.

20. No agency

No partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship is established between you and Moco by using the Service.

21. Governing law

Except to the extent overridden by mandatory law, the laws of Delaware govern these Terms without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration questions. Nothing deprives consumers of the nonwaivable protections of the jurisdiction in which they reside.

22. Headings

Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.

23. Severability and waiver

Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to the extent permitted by law, subject to specific rules in the arbitration section.

24. Assignment

You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger or sale, subject to applicable law and required notice.

25. Contact and entire agreement

These Terms and the applicable incorporated policies or supplemental terms comprise the agreement for the Service, except as law requires otherwise.
