Ive seen this in the Gainesville area of Florida. .In fact I have sat in my backyard down there and watched it Raiin on Half the backyard and stop just short of raining on our Garden where we actually needed the rain.. I guess Mother Nature can have a Sense of Humor when She wants to?? :)
